What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, business email, phone number, company, role, project type, project state, approximate built-up area and anything you type into the message box. If you send us a drawing for a plan audit, we hold that file too.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to run the plan audit you asked for, and to apply the correct state fire service rules to your project. Your project state is collected for that last reason specifically.
What we never do
We do not use your drawings to train any machine-learning model, ours or a third party's. We do not sell, rent or share your contact details with anyone outside the team responding to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Drawings submitted for a plan audit are deleted on request at any time, and otherwise removed once the audit is complete and delivered. Contact details are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live.
Where it is stored
Cloud deployments run in Indian regions by default. On-premise deployments keep everything inside your own network and nothing reaches us at all.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256, with per-project access control and an audit trail of every drawing access.
Your rights
Write to us at the address below to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We will act on it within a reasonable period.
